Full refund for any service not yet activated.
If your service has been activated, you can request a refund within 30 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
A 100% refund on orders canceled within 7 days of the order date.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
Cancellations
Canceling your service is hassle-free:
No cancellation fee for services not yet activated.
If your service has been activated, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
To cancel, simply reach out to our customer service department at +18662842762. You can also cancel online by logging into your account and clicking the “Cancel Order” button.
Exceptions
Please note, the following orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:
Orders that have already been shipped.
Orders that have been activated.
Orders that have been used in any way.
